PrimeSpace takes a proactive view of corporate governance. The Board of Directors and the management team are committed to best practises in corporate governance, and are guided by a set of principle’s that seek to protect investor’s interests and ensure that these interests are kept at the forefront of the decision making process. The Board is committed to ensuring compliance with the conditions of its Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and the requirements of the Corporations Act.

PrimeSpace has implemented a corporate governance framework that is fundamental to the operation of its activities. The framework allows for and provides continual review, assessment and improvement in corporate governance practises and ensures the integrity of all key decision making by PrimeSpace.
