Complaints handling

PrimeSpace has an internal complaints resolution process and is a member of the Financial Industry Complaints Service Limited (FICS), membership category and identification number F-3969.

FICS is an external complaints resolution service that covers complaints by investors. If an investor has a complaint they may contact the PrimeSpace Complaints Officer in writing. PrimeSpace will endeavour to acknowledge receipt in writing within 30 days and undertake to resolve the issue in 90 days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached then an investor may lodge a complaint with FICS. FICS will work with the complainant and PrimeSpace to seek a mutually acceptable resolution.
