PrimeSpace is the holder of a current Australia Financial Services License number 279 694.

The licence authorises PrimeSpace to deal and operate registered and unregistered managed investment schemes in direct real property to wholesale and retail clients and with it provide general financial product advice.

The licence imposes a schedule of conditions by which PrimeSpace must comply:

• provide general financial product advice;
• deal in a financial product;
• applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person;
• operate registered managed investment schemes in its capacity as responsible entity; and
• provide custodial or depository services to wholesale clients.
