Management and organisational structure
The management of the PrimeSpace organisation underpins the integrity of the property funds, the management of assets and ensures that the interests of investors are kept at the forefront of the decision making process.
The Board of Directors lead by the Chairman comprises the Chief Executive Officer and the Non-Executive Director. Integrated with the Board are the Board Committees which abide by a charter of responsibilities and a corporate governance framework to mitigate and manage risks. The Board Committees include the Investment Committee and the Compliance Committee.
The Investment Portfolios are retail investor focused and provide the opportunity to invest in established property assets providing a passive return on investment. The Direct Property Portfolios are aligned to the investment profile of wholesale and high net worth investors and provide the opportunity to participate in the active development of commercial and residential property. The two core business divisions are operated by the integrated efforts of the PrimeSpace team. PrimeSpace also offers a hybrid fund structure that allows retail investors the opportunity to selectively participate, at the investors discretion, in the development phase of active opportunities typically reserved for wholesale investors.
Business activities are carried out by the divisional management teams. The Investment Portfolio focuses on monitoring and driving the investment performance of the funds, managing equity, income distributions and investment returns and building the distribution network to increase retail funds under management. The sourcing of opportunities, design, construction, leasing and the property management of assets is the focus of Direct Property Portfolio which promotes the growth of the pipeline of assets under management. The activities of due diligence, fund establishment and investor relations is a shared effort between the teams. The management of the organisation is supported by financial and account management services as well as corporate and administrative services.
