The hybrid funds are a unique investment vehicle that provides the investor with:

• access to a regular real income stream and potential for capital growth in the form of appreciation in value of the underlying properties; and
• access to an opportunity to selectively participate, at the investors discretion, in the development phases of any of the underlying properties.
