PrimeSpace has created the Prime Access Property Fund to provide the opportunity for holders of Ordinary Units with:

• access to a regular Real Income stream and potential for capital growth in the form of appreciation in value of the underlying properties; and
• access to an opportunity to selectively participate, at the investors discretion, in the development phase of any of the underlying properties.
